Dermaheal SB is a skin lightening product composed of 6 active ingredients including a biomimetic peptide complex, vitamin C, arbutin and a plant extract.
Reduces and prevents hyperpigmentation and combats age spots. Inhibits melanin synthesis, thereby reducing skin pigmentation, age spots and freckles in various disorders of melanogenesis.
The formula contains encapsulated arbutin and licorice extract that aggressively blocks the conversion of L-DOPA to eumelanin and pheomelanin by inhibiting the enzyme tyrosinase. It has a whitening effect and effectively prevents further skin pigmentation, leaving the skin smooth, soft and radiant.

» 3 BIOMIMETIC PEPTIDES
Oligopeptide -34 (C9-T9P2): Increases the breakdown of MITF (Microphthalmia-associated transcription factor), which in turn reduces the production of melanogenicity factors. Suppresses the transfer of melanosomes to keranocytes.
Pentapeptide-13 (C9-ASP): Lightens skin by blocking α-melanocyte stimulating hormone binding to MC1R.
Oligopeptide-50 (C9-Glamerin): Inhibits melanogenesis factors, tyrosinase, TRP-1 (tryptophan amino acid) and TRP-2 (tryptophan amino acid). Reduces and prevents age spots and hyperpigmentation.
» VITAMIN C
3-0 ethyl ascorbic acid: action on collagen synthesis, inhibition of free radicals and local overproduction of melanin.
» ARBUTIN
Arbutin: Protects the skin from damage caused by free radicals. Stops melanin pigment formation by inhibiting tyrosinase activity.
» BOTANICAL EXTRACT
Licorice Root Extract: Enhances brightening and antioxidant effects.

Anti-pigmentation mechanism
1. CG-ASP blocks binding of α-melanocyte stimulating hormone to MC1R:
Reduces melanin synthesis and tyrosinase activity in skin melanocytes.
2. CG-TGP2 and CG-glamerin reduce MITF (microphthalmia-associated transcription factor):
Suppresses the transfer of melanosomes to keranocytes.

application
